Payment Terms
A 50% deposit will be collected during booking of shooting date to guarantee your appointment date time and the balance is payable on the day of shooting.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointment is first come first served basis.  No reservation will be entertained without deposit payment.   50% deposit is collected to block and confirm the slot. Balance of fees is payable on the shooting day in cash.

• Any cancellation or rescheduling of appointment date/time should be at least 1 week in advance, else admin charges RM50 may apply.

• Subsequent rescheduling (2nd time onwards) will impose a RM50 admin charges.

• Standard printing frame and photos is 30 days working day after photo selection. Any request for express delivery will be subjected to express fee RM50.

• Edited photos in package includes mild editing with colour balance, touch up, lighting, and composition only. Any editing request beyond this will be subjected to editing fee. 

• We reserve the rights to cancel and reschedule the appointment accordingly if customer is not punctual.

• Our only keep your photos for 6 months since the shoot date. We cannot guarantee the availability of the softcopies of the photos if photo selection is done beyond it.   All softcopies photos will be delated after all products are delivered to the customers.

• We can also customise packages depending on your special needs. 

• Photographic Materials and Copyright: All photographic materials, such as original negatives, photos, or slides, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising and self-promotion.
